  • Offer is available to active and retired American Federation of Teachers (AFT) members. AFT Members must supply their contact information on www.smithsonianstudenttravel.com/AFT to be eligible for this promotion. Proof of AFT membership (either active or retired) may be required before any airline ticket vouchers or discounts are issued.
  • Offer is only available to first-time Smithsonian Student Travel tour group leaders. Offer is not available for co-group leaders who are travelling on the same tour.
  • Only full-paying participating (e.g.,no free or discounted places) traveling on a 2008 Smithsonian Student Travel tour qualify for this benefit.
  • Airline ticket vouchers will be issued after the new Group Leader has lead a tour with the required minimum number of participants on a Smithsonian Student Travel program.
  • Airline ticket vouchers are subject to the rules of the Smithsonian Student Travel Global Rewards program. Please see www.smithsonianstudenttravel.com/rewards for details.
  • Vouchers have no cash value and are non-transferable. If a traveler cancels their tour, no cash refund will be provided for the value of the voucher.
