No purchase necessary. Contestant must contact Smithsonian Student Travel by March 31, 2009 through one of the methods described in the paragraph below for a chance to win ten extra free places on a 2010 Smithsonian Student Travel tour. The contest is open to teachers and administrators at the middle school, junior high school, or senior high school level living in the United States. Employees (and their immediate families and household members) of EFSI, Inc. and its affiliates are not eligible.

To enter, contestants should call Smithsonian Student Travel at 1-800-503-2323 and express interest in the contest or visit smithsonianstudenttravel.com/scholarship. Required information includes the contestant’s name, gender, address, email, phone number, school name and school zip code. Smithsonian Student Travel can be contacted at EF Center, One Education Street, Cambridge, MA 02141.

EFSI, Inc., its affiliates agents and others working for them or on their behalf, will have the right to photograph the winner and entry constitutes permission to use their name, picture, likenesses, school’s name and city and state of residence(s) in advertising for no additional compensation.

One entry per person.

Starting dates and ending dates for receiving entries are January 8, 2009 and March 31, 2009, respectively.

The prize is ten free places on a Smithsonian Student Travel tour, plus a free space for the winning entrant, with a total estimated value of $1,500 each.

Tour and travel dates are subject to availability. All travel must be completed by September 30, 2010.

The winners will be selected in a random drawing. Participants agree to be bound by these rules and all decisions of the judges, whose decisions on all aspects of this drawing are final. The winner will be notified by June 15, 2009. The winner does not need to be present to win. Smithsonian Student Travel will notify the winner by phone, email or standard mail. The odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Prize must be claimed by June 30, 2009. Failure to execute and return any requested document(s) within 14 days of receipt, or return of notification or prize as undeliverable may result in forfeiture of prize and an alternate potential winner being selected at the sole discretion of Smithsonian Student Travel management. Winners and all travelers must execute Smithsonian Student Travel’s Release and Agreement, Booking Conditions, etc. Smithsonian Student Travel makes no warranties with respect to the prize.

The sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law and is subject to all Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations. All taxes on prizes are solely the responsibility of the winners.

To learn the name of the winner, please contact Smithsonian Student Travel after 7/1/09. Smithsonian Student Travel is not responsible for any lost or misdirected entries. Prizes are non-transferable.
