In February, the Smithsonian will launch its Smithsonian Education Online Conference Series, which allows teachers to interact with museum curators and world-renowned experts – from the comfort of their homes or classrooms. The first conference, scheduled for February 4-5, 2009, will focus on the life and times of Abraham Lincoln.
