Get ready for Inauguration 2009

Americans will be flocking to the polls before we know it, and no matter who wins this year’s presidential election, the vote will make history.

Our staff is getting ready for and excited about the next step: Inauguration Day! We’re thrilled to be taking so many groups to Washington, D.C., to experience this historical event.

“I can’t imagine a better way to teach students about what it means to be American than to take them to the nation’s capital to experience the events as our next president is sworn into office,” said President Skip Carpenter. “We’re proud to offer this special tour and thrilled that so many schools have chosen to take their Inauguration 2009 class trip with us.”

Students and teachers taking our Inauguration 2009 tour will be in the capital to experience the inaugural events, including the Oath of Office, the Inaugural Parade and the Inaugural Address. In addition, the tour includes visits to the best of Washington, D.C.’s famous sites and to Smithsonian museums.

If you haven’t booked your tour yet, it’s not too late. But space is limited and is filling up fast so act now to join the festivities! Call 1-800-503-2323 to book your tour.
