Quality student tours

You’ll travel safely and comfortably

We use only major airlines for our student tours and once you reach your destination, you’ll travel aboard air-conditioned buses or public transportation. We know you have a lot to see and do so we always choose the fastest and most reliable modes of ground transportation to deliver a quality school trip.

You’ll stay in excellent hotel accommodations

We use only major hotel chains such as the Holiday Inn, Wyndham and Best Western and we inspect each site personally so you’re sure to get a good night’s rest. Plus, you can rest easy knowing your students are safe and secure with our professional overnight security in all hotels.

You’ll enjoy hearty meals

Your students need fuel for their busy days of touring. That’s why we offer a varied menu with lots of options and always have a choice for vegetarians or students with other special dietary needs.

You’ll always have the support of your tour director

From the moment your tour begins, your personal tour director is with your group 24 hours a day and is committed to making your student tour the best it can be. We try to match our tour directors to groups based on similar interests. All of them have been selected for their ability to relate well to children, their extensive knowledge and their enthusiasm for learning outside of the classroom. In fact, many are former educators.

Our tour directors are not there to simply shuttle your group from one activity to another; they stay with you throughout your tour. Your tour director will show you the best sights and assist you with travel logistics, allowing you to spend more time enjoying your tour and interacting with your students.

You can trust the Smithsonian standard

Our relationship with the Smithsonian means that we must meet the Smithsonian’s high standard for educational and cultural experiences, good value and customer satisfaction. After each tour, we collect feedback from our group leaders and tour directors and perform a complete review of the tour. Together with the Smithsonian, we analyze the feedback and if something isn’t working, we change it.
