EF has helped teachers and students discover America and plan student travel trips for more than 40 years. Over the years, we've developed some guidelines to help make your tour planning as easy as possible.
As soon as you sign up for your tour, we'll send you our Recruitment Kit, which includes posters to hang at school, detailed day-by-day itineraries of your tour, parent information and student enrollment applications. In addition, you'll receive our Planning and Recruitment Guide. This step-by-step guide walks you through the planning process, from holding your first meeting to preparing for departure. Plus, all of it is available in our newly launched Recruiting Center on your group leader website. Of course, if you have any questions, your tour consultant is only a phone call away.

You can give your free spots to chaperones who join your trip at no cost or offer them as scholarship spots for students. You can even earn cash back for your unused free spots.
