How to enroll travelers

Your enrollment

All you need to do is submit the Group Leader Release and Agreement form once your first traveler enrolls. You can find it by logging in and looking in the "Forms and resources" section.

Student enrollment

There are four ways to enroll:

  1. Online: Log in to the Tour Participant Site using the tour number to submit an application and credit or debit card payment
  2. Mail: When mailing we recommend that participants give applications to their group leader to be sent in together.

  3. Phone: Participants may enroll by phone at 1-888-333-9756.
  4. Fax: Participants may enrollby fax at 1-800-257-3030.
    When enrolling, participants traveling outside the United States must provide us with their first, middle and last names as they appear (or will appear) on their passports.

 

Tour payments

Travelers can manage their accounts, sign up for optional coverage plans and conveniently make payments online 24 hours a day or by calling us directly at 1-888-333-9756.

Keep track of traveler enrollment

You can easily check your travelers' enrollment and payment status from the Group Status Report under "My Tours" on your group leader website.
