How to sign up for your class trip

Once you know your teacher's tour number, you can sign up for your class trip.

There are four ways to sign up:


  1. Online: Log in to the Tour Participant Site using the tour number to submit an application and credit card payment.
  2. Mail: When mailing we recommend that participants give applications to their group leader to be sent in together.

  3. Phone: Participants may apply by phone at 1-888-333-9756.
  4. Fax: Participants may apply by fax at 1-800-257-3030.

When enrolling, participants traveling outside the United States must provide us with their first and last names as they appear (or will appear) on their passports. Middle names are not required.

Application fee

Travelers must submit a $150 first payment along with their application.
