Comprehensive passenger coverage included
Medical and Accident Coverage is included on all of our tours. We also offer an
All-Inclusive Coverage Plan with Program Fee Protection, featuring coverage for tour cancellation and interruption, personal delay, baggage and property, and travel and weather delays. This plan also allows any traveler to cancel his or her tour up to the day before departure.
Added security with Travel ID Badges
Students receive a colorful Travel ID Badge to wear on tour. The badge includes helpful emergency contact information as an added safety feature. After their tour, students can keep the badges as another memento to remind them of the great experience they had on their class trip!

We constantly screen and evaluate our program components in order to ensure we're offering the best, from quality hotels to the safest bus companies. We also use feedback from teacher and student evaluations in order to make sure we continue using suppliers with the highest standards.

- All of our bus companies are insured members of the American Bus Association, meeting top safety and quality standards.
- We pre-screen hotels before you get there to ensure they are clean and safe. In addition to hotel security, we also provide professional overnight security to monitor hallways in all of the hotels we use.
