How do students prepare for their class trip?
Log in to your personal Tour Participant Site. Online forms, resources and countdown to travel information will help you plan for your class trip.
Log in using your account number (found on your invoice). Your password defaults to your birth date in the MM/DD/YYYY format. Once you have logged into your Tour Participant Site, you can make payments and do the following:
- Sign up for AutoPay
- Submit online forms
- Learn more about optional travel coverage
- View your itinerary (click on the "Tour itinerary" link in the left hand column for a day-by-day breakdown of your educational tour)
What should students pack?
We encourage students to pack lightly as they will need to transfer their luggage throughout the trip. Please see your teacher for specific packing guidelines. Our sample packing list includes:
- Photo ID
- Comfortable walking shoes
- Shirts
- Socks
- Undergarments
- Shorts/Pants/Jeans
- Sweatshirt/Jacket/Raingear
- Pajamas
- Alarm clock and watch
- Umbrella
- Sunblock
- Bathing Suit
- Tissues
- Toiletry Bag
- Eyeglasses, contact lenses, lens solution, sunglasses
- Medications and copies of prescriptions
- Camera, film or memory card, batteries or charger
- Addresses and stamps (for mailing postcards)
