Enrolling on your tour
- How do I enroll online for my tour?
- Simply visit SmithsonianStudentTravel.com and enter your teacher's tour number under "Enroll on your teacher’s tour," and complete the subsequent enrollment form.

Logging in
- How do I log in to my account?
- Click “Log in,” located on the top right-hand corner of all pages on SmithsonianStudentTravel.com. You will be taken to a log in page; simply enter your account number and password. To view your tour(s) and personal account information, choose the "Parents & Students" tab, then click on "My Tours." If you are still having trouble logging in, visit our “Login help” page.

Making payments
- How do I make a payment?
- Log in to your account and choose a tour from your list of active tours. On the "My account details" page, click the button below your account balance to "Make a payment."
- How do I sign up for EF’s monthly payment plan online?
- Log in to your account and choose a tour from your list of active tours. On the "Tour details" page, click the button below your account balance: “Enroll in EF’s monthly payment plan.”
- Where can I view my account history?
- Log in to "My Tours" using your username and password and choose a tour from your list of active tours. On the "Tour details" page, there will be a list of all your account charges and credits.

- Where do I find general information about traveling with Smithsonian Student Travel?
- For helpful tips on planning your Smithsonian Student Travel educational tour, visit our “Countdown to travel” or “Forms and resources” pages. On the “Countdown to travel” page you will find a list of deadlines and tasks to keep you organized, and our “Forms and resources” page has every document you might need.
- Where can I find my tour itinerary?
- Log in to “My Tours” using your username and password, choose a tour from your list of active tours, then click on "View my itinerary" in the menu to the left.
- Where can I find information about my destination?
- Log in to your account, select “Tour itinerary” from the left navigation, then click on the “Destinations” tab for destination information.
- How do I sign up for All-Inclusive Coverage?
- Log into your account and choose a tour from your list of active tours. Click “Forms and resources” in the left navigation. Under “Tour enrollment,” click on “Add/Remove Coverage.”
